PARENTS ASSISTANCE IN THIS  AREA IS GREATLY APPREACIATED

CANCELLATION OF THE PROGRAMME

1)         In the possible event of a Saturday competition cancellation due to inclement weather or other acts of god the following shall take place:

a)         The Arena Manager will make that decision before 7.45am or 3.30pm (whichever is applicable) and advise each Club Manager. The governing factor used in this decision is the safety of all competing athletes.

b)         A decision will be made at the next Monthly Centre General Meeting to decide whether this cancelled meeting will be slotted into the remaining season.

2)         In the event that a regular Saturday competition possibly being abandoned due to inclement weather or other acts of god after already completing some events the following shall take place:

a)         Each Club Manager will meet with the Centre’s Arena Manager and Executive Officer to approve the abandonment,

b)         Centre records will be recognised.

c)         The athletes will not receive any club points whatsoever, and

d)         There will be no reversal of this decision.
